After spending the first decade of his career in the corporate world, Craig started his first business (an accounting practice) at age 30. Since then he has built companies across services, equipment rental, and ecommerce, and has sold two of those businesses.

Along the way he has helped hundreds of business owners start and grow their companies. He has worked closely with many of them as their accountant, adviser, or coach, through the real challenges of running a business, managing cash flow, growing a team, setting up efficient systems, and building something that is profitable and family-friendly.

Craig is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA), tax agent, and has a law degree.

How is this different from my current accountant?

Most accountants focus on reporting the past—filing your tax return and lodging your BAS. We take it further by using your numbers to guide strategy, improve cash flow, and support growth. We're proactive, not reactive. We still take care of the boring and necessary compliance work too, but build off that to help you grow your business.

What if I already have a bookkeeper?

Perfect—keep them! If you already have a capable bookkeeper, we'll work with them to ensure your data feeds our system correctly. We'll mentor them to maintain the standards we need for accurate reporting. If your current bookkeeping isn't delivering the clarity you need, our in-house team can take it over seamlessly.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most clients are fully onboarded within 2-3 weeks with zero disruption to their business. We handle the entire transition—requesting your records from your old accountant, setting up your systems, and getting your bookkeeping current. You'll have your first financial dashboard ready within 21 days.

Do I need to use specific accounting software?

Yes. We work exclusively with clients on Xero. If you're on a different system, we handle the migration for you. It's a smooth process.

Xero is cloud-based, easy to use, and connects directly with industry-specific apps like POS systems and inventory management. Standardising all clients on the same platform also allows us to deliver better insights and benchmarking that benefit you directly.

What if this doesn't work out?

We're confident you'll see value immediately, but if after 90 days you don't have clearer financials, better cash flow visibility, and more confidence in your business decisions, you're welcome to leave. No hard feelings.

Is the coaching really necessary?

It depends on where you are. If you just need compliance handled and basic financial reporting, the Foundation or Clarity plans might be enough. But if you're serious about building systems, improving operations, and growing strategically, the coaching component in our Growth plan is where the real transformation happens. Most clients who skip it initially upgrade within 6 months.

What does "unlimited support calls" actually mean?

It means if you have a question—tax, strategy, business decision—you can call or email us and get an answer. No tracking call minutes or worrying about billable hours. Typical clients use this 3-5 times per month, but it's there when you need it. (Note: This applies to business and tax questions, not bookkeeping data entry—that's a separate scope.)

I'm at $800K revenue, can I still work with you?

Our sweet spot is $1-10M, but if you're at $800K and growing fast (or have complex needs), let's jump on a discovery call and see if we're a good fit. We don't want to take your money if we're not the right solution for where you are today.
